Lisa has been facilitating early childhood dialogue and reflection since 2017 in her former role as the Early Childhood Professional Development Director at the Weinstein Jewish Community Center Early Childhood Department in Richmond, VA and now as an independent PD facilitator for Early Childhood programs around the country, both virtually and in person.  She facilitates topics including, but not limited to, literacy, play and risk, power exploration, beliefs about children, visioning and values, embracing wonder, advocacy, and so much more depending on your faculty and community context and needs.  She runs workshops, facilitates dialogue, consults with administrators and classroom educators with individuals, small groups, or the whole faculty.
